As a busy mum, I bet you have experienced overwhelm recently, probably even at some point this week?

But what does Overwhelm actually mean? Why do we get it? And how do we get rid...

Well, overwhelm is simply when we are left feeling stressed out and unable to take action on the things we need to get done. We feel like there is simply too much to do, too much noise in our minds, and we haven't got a robust plan to move forward.

It's a lack of direction, a meltdown of emotions and a gut-wrenching feeling that we simply can't continue the way we are, but why do we get it?

Firstly, what we need to understand is that overwhelm is simply a feeling, and feelings are just our own minds way of telling us we need more focus on that one area of our life. They are a mechanism to make us stop and realise something needs to change.

Feelings and emotions can often feel immense and dramatic, but as soon as we realise they are simply a message to ourselves about where to focus our efforts, they can be a powerful tool for self-development.

A sign of where change needs to happen to get towards a better future.

As soon as we start seeing overwhelm as a positive, a red-flag which highlights the opportunities in life, we start to grow, gain motivation and make improvements.

Any negative feeling can be a positive sign if we look at it in the right way!

So, how do we get rid of the gut-wrenching overwhelm which sometimes comes with being a mum?

Well, I have a special free gift for you which will tell you just that!
