However works for you - diary, notepad, post-it-notes - start to build a plan to get you towards your vision. Start small and set easy to achieve mini-goals following the SMART model (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely).

Make sure you set at least 3 SMART goals, ones which will start to get you focussed on the results you want, and which will start to train your mind that frequent baby-steps really can make all the difference!
