Start a Trigger Diary - on a notepad or in your phone - to start to pick up when your mind is being unkind to you. See if you can spot 'Confirmation Bias' or those questions your mind ponders which aren't productive! Now, pick a couple of those unproductive questions and rephrase them into productive ones for a powerful inner-narrative!
