The aim is to identify the changes that will make the biggest difference to your growth while keeping your business simple, profitable and sustainable.
Session 3: Momentum (45 mins) with Simone
This session is about turning the strategy into a clear, practical plan.
Together you’ll map out your next priorities, identify the key actions to focus on first, and make sure you feel confident about how to start implementing the strategy we’ve created.
It’s a supportive session designed to help you move forward with clarity and momentum.

Alongside the sessions, you’ll also receive one month of unlimited WhatsApp support with Jenni.
This means you can ask questions as they arise, get quick guidance when you need it, and keep moving forward between sessions.
